Mumbai: Anarock, one of India’s leading real estate services companies, has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in DSP Design Associates, a multidisciplinary architecture, master planning and interior design practice.
The transaction brings together Anarock Group’s real estate advisory and transaction capabilities with the more than three-decade design legacy of DSP Design Associates.
According to the companies, the combined entity will offer clients an integrated, end-to-end real estate and design proposition across India and select overseas markets.
DSP Design Associates has built a strong presence across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, NCR and Hyderabad over the years, supported by more than 320 professionals in India.
The firm has delivered over 1,000 projects across geographies and is ranked the 42nd-largest architectural practice globally on the WA100 2026 list. It is also ranked the fifth-largest interior design firm on the International Giants List 2026.
Following the transaction, DSP Design Associates will continue to be led by its founding leadership, with overarching guidance from Anarock. This is intended to ensure continuity in the firm’s brand, management, client relationships and design excellence culture.
